What is SensoryMe?

SensoryMe is a digital sensory profile and toolkit app. It's designed to help Neurodivergent adults with sensory processing differences improve their sensory regulation in everyday life, by building up a person toolkit of practical sensory strategies.

Is SensoryMe suitable for autism and ADHD?

SensoryMe is built primarily for neurodivergent adults, including those with autism and ADHD. You don't need a diagnosis to use it, though. Anyone who struggles with sensory processing can benefit, including but not limited to people with ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, or migraine.

The app is designed and written for adult use at this stage, but parents or caregivers may find it useful to use alongside children or young people too. We hope to make a child-friendly version in the future.

When does SensoryMe launch?

Early access for our Champions Community opens 11th September 2026, with full public launch planned for 25th September 2026.

How much does SensoryMe cost?

A free tier is available, and includes all sensory quizzes and strategies. Free users can view every strategy, though only seven can be added to your toolkit at a time, and check-in history is limited to seven days.

Paid plans start at £8/month, or £80/year, roughly the cost of one hour with a private OT in the UK. A lifetime membership is also available for £240.

Paid users get an upgraded experience: an unlimited toolkit, unlimited check-in history, access to the Champions WhatsApp community, and all new features as they're released.

Early Access to the Champions community is still available from £5/month. This price will locked in even after launch as a thank you for early supporters.

What sensory areas does the SensoryMe quiz cover?

There are seven sensory quizzes: Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste, Touch, Body & Balance, and Internal Sensations. You can complete as many or as few questions as you want in a session, skip questions and come back to them, and your answers save automatically as you go.

Sensory preferences can change over time, so you can retake any quiz whenever you like. You don't need to complete a quiz in one sitting.

What is the SensoryMe sensory toolkit?

Based on your quiz answers, SensoryMe suggests relevant sensory strategies. It's up to you which ones make it into your toolkit. You can add and remove strategies at any time, pin your top three for quick access, and filter by sensory area.

What is a sensory check-in?

Check-ins aren't tied to a daily routine. You can use one anytime, and they're designed as a checkpoint you can return to in moments of overwhelm or distress.

Depending on your level of stress, SensoryMe offers a sequence of suggested strategies to help you feel calmer in the moment. As you complete more quizzes, these prompts become more personalised to your particular needs.

You can also see a history of your check-ins, so you can spot patterns over time.

Is the SensoryMe quiz a diagnostic tool for autism?

No. The sensory quizzes help you explore your own sensory patterns and point you towards strategies relevant to your experience. There's no scoring, typing or labelling. The app is designed to capture your unique sensory profile, not sort you into a category.

The quizzes aren't a diagnostic or clinical assessment, and they don't replace an evaluation from a qualified professional.

Is SensoryMe reviewed by an occupational therapist?

Yes. SensoryMe is founded by Dr Grace Roberts, a medical doctor with a background in psychiatry and forensics. The strategy library has been reviewed and validated by Alexandra Lawrence, an occupational therapist who specialises in sensory support for neurodivergent adults.

Can I find it in the App Store?

Not yet. At first, SensoryMe will be available in-browser only, so there's nothing to download. We hope to bring SensoryMe to both the Google Play and Apple App Store in Spring 2027.

What accessibility features does SensoryMe have?

Accessibility is at the heart of SensoryMe's design. Font design, line spacing, a greyscale toggle and an OpenDyslexic font option are all included to support your needs. The app is also built to work with your device's own accessibility features, such as screen readers.

The design keeps cognitive load and demand as low as possible, to remove as many barriers as possible in moments of overwhelm.

Can I use SensoryMe on more than one device?

Yes. Your account works across multiple devices, and your toolkit and check-in data sync between them.

Is my SensoryMe data private and secure?

We collect as little data as possible. Signing up only requires a first name and email address. Your quiz answers are stored securely and are only ever viewable by you. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, available in Settings once you've signed up.
